What types of yoga classes do you offer?
Prenatal yoga is tailored towards promoting overall well being and finding relaxation within the pregnant body. We'll use props to ensure a safe environment for you and baby.
We offer a mix of studio, online, live & on-demand classes to fit your busy schedule wherever you’re at in your pregnancy journey.
Community and private sessions available.
Are your classes suitable for clients in 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester?
Each class is crafted for students throughout any stage of their pregnancy. Please speak with your physician/ midwife prior to starting class. You can start whenever you are ready!
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
I recommend bringing your own mat, but I also have mats available for use.
How long is each class?
Private Sessions are 60 minutes.
Community Workshops are 90 minutes.
Do you offer private yoga sessions?
Yes, I offer private sessions tailored to your individual needs. I offer private sessions via zoom and in person. Your first step is to schedule a free virtual consultation to see if we're a good fit.
